Are there terms and conditions?
Yes, there are some simple terms and conditions for the EOFY Bonus at Clarendon Homes NSW. The End of Financial Year Bonus is only available from 01/6/19 to 30/6/19 inclusive. Figures given are maximum savings for each individual offer, if clients qualify. 'Clients must place a new home deposit with Clarendon Homes by 30/06/19, and must enter into a Building Contract by 30/09/19. Advertised saving is based off the Raise the Roof Promotion, which was previously available for purchase at $5,000 (22 items for Evolution and 31 items for Sapphire). Evolution and Sapphire inclusions only. Saving varies dependent upon the house design chosen by the client.
