From the moment you step inside, the 4-5 bedroom, 344sqm Hayman 35 welcomes you with space, style and a sense of occasion. A guest bedroom or study offers comfort and privacy at the front of the house, with an adjacent powder room that we’ve converted to a double-entry ensuite. Next is a living room with home theatre upgrade option, separated from the rear family zone by the stairwell. Here the layout unfolds beautifully into a light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and living space that flows seamlessly to the Grand Alfresco. Perfect for entertaining or just relaxing with family, this chic covered outdoor space will inspire the best of indoor-outdoor living.
The kitchen with butler’s pantry and generous walk-in pantry leads through the laundry to the garage, one of many family-friendly features. Feature tiling channels mid-century crazy paving, adding movement to the clean lines, while full-height VJ panelling brings texture and warmth to the walls, and detailed balustrades with curves add softness. Pops of bright colour add character to a palette that’s both luxurious and relaxed: think cream, white and stone, with accents of tan, terracotta, ochre and sage.
Enter the living area through a striking arch niche, a subtle yet stylish nod to chic Palm Springs style. Joinery in "Coastal Oak" lends a soft, beachy vibe to the kitchen and bathrooms, perfectly complementing the brass hardware and lighting that add warmth and character throughout the home.
