You’ll get a rooftop solar power system (3.5kW Jinko panels, 3kW SolaX inverter, and a 5.8kW battery), a Colorbond steel roof, automatic garage door openers, outdoor tiling to the alfresco and porch, Low-E coated glass windows and doors, and upgraded insulation throughout. First impressions count, and the Aspire Edition makes sure yours is a good one.

In the Kitchen

You’ll find a full suite of Smeg appliances including an induction cooktop or freestanding upright cooker, electric oven, 900mm canopy rangehood, built-in microwave, and stainless steel dishwasher. Pair that with 40mm stone benchtops, soft-close drawers and doors, a cold water point to the fridge, and you’ve got a kitchen that’s genuinely ready to cook and entertain in.

In the Bathrooms

You get a freestanding bath, semi-frameless shower screens, 20mm stone benchtops, frameless mirrors, flush finish floor tiles, and soft-close vanity doors. For the laundry, there are 20mm stone benchtops too, because the hardest-working room in the house deserves a little love.

Throughout the Interior

The Aspire Edition includes raised 2600mm ceiling heights to the ground floor (that signature display-home feeling), 30 LED downlights, an aluminium stacker door to the alfresco with recessed tracks, and fully ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning. All of this, backed by Clarendon’s Lifetime Structural Guarantee.

Choosing Miele

You’ll receive a full suite of European engineered appliances including two 60cm electric ovens, an integrated microwave, semi-integrated dishwasher, your choice of induction or gas cooktop, rangehood, and a front-loading washing machine and heat pump dryer with stacking kit. Every appliance has been selected with longevity and performance in mind.

Choosing Smeg

The Smeg pack includes a choice of cooktops (induction or gas), ovens in stainless steel or matte black, a fully-integrated dishwasher, rangehood, microwave, front-loading washing machine, heat pump dryer, and to top it off, the Smeg 50’s Style benchtop set: espresso machine, kettle, and four-slot toaster. It’s the kitchen that makes people stop and stare.

The Luxe Kitchen

Beyond the appliances, the kitchen features 40mm stone benchtops with a waterfall edge, a 900mm deep island bench, a feature window splashback, an undermount Parisi sink, Parisi mixer tap, four pot drawers, soft-close drawers and doors, and a cold water fridge point. It’s a kitchen that makes entertaining look effortless.

The Luxe Bathrooms

Full-height tiling to the main bathroom and ensuite, frameless shower screens, shower niches, freestanding bath, Parisi tapware throughout in your choice of chrome, matte black, brushed nickel, brushed brass, or gun metal, a Harmony Bassini back-to-wall toilet suite with soft-close lid, and 20mm stone benchtops. These spaces feel like a boutique hotel in your own home.

The Luxe Interior

2750mm ceiling heights to the ground floor, 2340mm internal door heights, premium upgraded carpet from the Gold Range, a stacker door with recessed tracks to the alfresco, and a beautiful range of Gainsborough hardware, door handles, cavity sliding sets, and door stops in your choice of finish and colour. Every detail has been considered. Like the Aspire Edition, the Luxe Edition is also backed by the Clarendon Lifetime Structural Guarantee.
