Who is the Campbell Property Group?

Founded in 1978 by Peter Campbell, the Campbell Property Group (CPG) remains a proudly Australian-owned, residential builder. Our purpose is to help create better futures, one home at a time, for our customers, people, partners, and communities. 


CPG is made up of Clarendon Homes, Domaine Homes, and CPG Estates. Over the last 45 years, we have built over 40,000 homes for families across NSW and QLD, established over 100 communities through our estates, currently provide opportunities for more than 1,500 trades and subcontractors, and have donated over $10 million to our charity partners.

Our culture

At the Campbell Property Group, we know that fostering our team through a positive culture is a powerful way to increase job satisfaction and employee engagement. That's why we pride ourselves on creating a culture complete with quarterly rewards days, social events and functions and a family business culture. 

Each Quarterly Review, we like to recognise the efforts of outstanding staff members in each department. These quarterly rewards days can be for effort dedication or a positive change to the business, always in alignment with our six core values - care, pride, quality, evolution, passion and focus. Our rewards come in all shapes and sizes. Unforgettable and fun is usually the order of the day.

Throughout the year, we hold a number of staff social events and functions. They're great for team building, socialising, getting to know each other better, and of course, a good way to celebrate any milestones or momentous occasions along the way. 

There are also smaller get-togethers and functions which occur regularly, so we’ll let you know about those well in advance, so you can schedule them in.

We offer an employee assistance program which helps you deal with the challenges, concerns or issues that may be affecting you at work or at home through a confidential, personal coaching and counselling service. This service gives you access to qualified professionals including psychologists, social workers and management coaches. 

We also offer flexible working arrangements because we understand that life isn't a 'one size fits all.' Whether it's working from home a few days a week or you need alternate hours because the typical 9 - 5 schedule doesn't suit your lifestyle, we'll be happy to find the best solution for you. 

And if having children is in your life plan, we offer six weeks paid leave if you're the primary carer and one week paid leave for non-primary.
