First and foremost, you want to have an idea of what you’re after in terms of homes. Write down the elements that you ideally want in your home. This can include the number of bedrooms you need, the general layout, whether you’re interested in a one or two-storey home, the number of bathrooms, the size of the kitchen, and any other important details.

By having a clear idea of what is important to have in your home, you’ll know what to look for when touring our display home centre. Keep in mind that we can make certain changes to individualise every design. Focus first on the general layout and features of the home as we can adapt and discuss specific design choices later.

Know your budget

The next thing you need to think about is your budget. It’s fine to visit a display centre without a budget in mind, but a reasonable price range will help your sale consultant understand what type of home is most suited to you.

Come prepared by having a look at our home designs online before you see them in person. So often your first look at a new home will be overwhelming. This makes it difficult to truly soak in the information at hand and remember details. By having a look online first, you can take your time and make notes of any questions you may have.
