Rooms sometimes feel different on screen than they do in person. A virtual tour of our display homes shows the layout, but a scaled home plan provides the dimensions needed to assess furniture fit.

The Your Home guide recommends using scaled, furnished plans to check room sizes against furniture measurements.

Are the finishes and furniture shown in a virtual tour included?

The finishes and furniture shown in Clarendon's virtual home tours aren't necessarily included in your new home.

Display Homes feature selected finishes and furnishings to show how the spaces look when styled. Speak with a New Home Consultant to confirm the current specifications and what's included in your chosen design.

The government's Your Home guide also recommends checking that plans and illustrations match your contract.

Does every Clarendon Home design have a virtual tour?

The virtual tour gallery features a selection of Clarendon's home designs, rather than the entire range.

Use the Home Designs filter to search for a particular design. If you don't see it listed, a New Home Consultant will be able to discuss the design with you.

Can the same design appear at more than one display location?

Yes. Some Clarendon home designs have virtual tours at more than one Display Home location.

The Boston 400, for example, has separate listings at Springfield Rise and Arise, as well as Providence East at White Rock. Check the display location on each tour card before arranging your visit.
