23.08.18 - Building Your Home

Finding a home that is perfect for you, your family and your life is a bit of a problem solving exercise – there are a number of factors to consider before deciding on the right house. So, how do you narrow it down? The best place to start is with a true and tactile experience in our display centre homes, all conveniently situated in and around Brisbane and the Gold Coast. But, proximity isn’t the only answer. Each of our display centres is designed for its surroundings and the different needs of our customers. So, while you will get a wonderful experience at any of our display centres, we want you to have a truly valuable one. Choosing the right display centre is all about gathering information on the houses available within each, and deciding which resonates with you and your life the most. So, we have done the hard part for you… With the following list of display centres, their homes and all their unique offerings, your only job is to choose your best fit, visit and meet your new home.

You: “We need to upgrade to a bigger family home that’s still suitable for block near the city”

The Display Centre: Rochedale

If you want to remain close to the CBD for your commute, or simply just love the city, our Brisbane City Central location, Rochedale display centre is located southeast of Mount Gravatt. It contains homes that are designed for living in our beautiful city, with more bedrooms for bigger families.

The homes:

Fairmont 40 – The modern and sleek home is spacious and designed to facilitate entertaining and play. This display home will show you how sophistication and chic design can still fit in with family living using cleverly proportioned open spaces and easy-to-clean materials. The clean chrome palette is the epitome of city living, but with space.

Paddington City 30 – The styling of this display home has a modern mid-century feel, with the use of wood and rich fabrics bringing cosiness to this large home. It has a lot of character and is great for those looking for interior design inspiration as well as a house design that suits a narrower block.

(Like the Paddington City 30? You can see the Paddington 31 displayed at the Aura Estate Display Centre)

Seaview 27 – This is a great home for those with children who really need their ‘me’ time. It displays distinctly separate living-sleeping quarters, and provides clear boundaries to separate rooms. It’s a wonderful example of contemporary design, and how to merge the city and coastal life in one space.

(Like the Seaview 27? It is also displayed at the Aura Estate Display Centre)

Sheridan 37 – Light, bright and spacious, the Sheridan showcases the changes of modern family living – narrow blocks, outdoor entertaining areas in lieu of hard upkeep yards, and enough space for the whole family. From the separate home theatre and living rooms to the open plan kitchen and family area, it delivers a modern design that retains a sense of zen with its cooler colour palette and decor.

You: “We are first home buyers looking for a value for money option that can still be a long-term home”

The Display Centre: Upper Coomera Retreat

Our Coomera Retreat display centre at Upper Coomera, south of Ormeau and Pimpama is ideal for those looking for a lifestyle and home that is impressive, functional and flexible.

The homes:

Bayside 39 – The Bayside display shows how you can create a base palette of muted tones that won’t date, while still achieving impressive, unique and modern style. With a very coastal feel, the display showcases relaxed family home-life, with open plan living spaces and large entertaining area for bigger or extended families. You can also see how convenient direct access from the garage is and how that benefits day-to-day functionality.

Bronte 33 – Having everything you want in a home doesn’t mean you need huge square footage. The Bronte 33 display home showcases a clever space-saving design that incorporates everything you need and want, while retaining a feeling of spaciousness. With four very generous sized bedrooms and six living areas, this display home shows that the design is more than capable of accommodating a big family.

Capri 24 – This display is a great representation of the openness and functionality of a one storey home. Efficiently designed, it retains space and private nooks, all on one level. By dispersing the four bedrooms over each corner of the home, common walls have been replaced by buffered areas such as ensuites and a laundry. This is a perfect display home for those who would prefer a one storey home but are concerned about space. The Capri shows you how it can work.

Manhattan 26 – This modern design is sophisticated, chic and includes dramatic touches to bring contemporary city feel to the family home. The Manhattan has extensive, open and connected living spaces to demonstrate how the family will have room to play, study and relax. It also shows off how inclusions can lift and modernise the home.
