Two new display homes are opening in Sydney's South West, showcasing two very different takes on contemporary family living.

Striking and effortlessly refined, the Boston 44 is a study in Contemporary Classic design. The Newport façade layers charcoal brickwork, natural stone and warm timber battening beneath crisp white rendered forms.

Inside, fresh whites and warm greys are grounded by gunmetal and black accents, with stone, marble and mid-dark timbers adding depth. Full-height wall panelling and uncluttered spaces give this home its sense of quiet luxury. A dedicated home theatre and grand alfresco complete a floorplan built for family life and entertaining.

Soft, sculptural and serene, the Saratoga 40 embraces the "Natural Waves" aesthetic - organic shapes, gentle curves and materials drawn from nature.

The Gallery façade makes an elegant first impression with its arched entry, natural stone and light oak detailing. Inside, soft whites and washed taupes are warmed by brass, while travertine, cane, Steccawood panelling and natural fabrics build texture throughout. A generous alfresco opens the living spaces to a garden of contemporary Mediterranean planting with a native feel.
