Two new display homes are opening on the South Coast, showcasing two distinct interpretations of relaxed coastal living.

Bold, linear and quietly striking, The Cove 28 brings a Country Coastline sensibility to the modern barn form. The Ridgeview façade makes an architectural statement with its steep gable, oak timber battening and charcoal detailing against warm white.

Inside, earthy sandy tones and warm whites are lifted by hints of charcoal and sage green, with oak timber, timber-lined raked ceilings and vertical wall panelling reinforcing the strong clean lines that define this home. A loft, multi-purpose room and grand alfresco add flexibility for family life, while the native contemporary garden with its fire pit and brick bench seat off the alfresco draws the outdoors in.

Light, warm and timelessly elegant, the Boston 38 is Clean Classic Coastal at its best. The Brighton façade pairs classic weatherboard profiles and natural stone with a generous upper-level balcony.

Inside, warm timbers, clean whites and soft beige are lifted by natural stone and touches of brass, with oak timber, cane detailing and classic profiles creating a home that feels both fresh and enduring. A dedicated home theatre and extended alfresco with outdoor kitchen anchor the entertaining spaces, opening to lush tropical landscaping and a curved fire pit area.
