Every step, grounded.

Every step, grounded.

Standard upper-floor systems can feel hollow, bouncy, light underfoot. You hear footsteps from the hallway. A child's run echoes through the house. The floor flexes, just slightly, beneath you.

Luxe Crete changes the DNA of your home.

Engineered for homeowners who want the permanent, grounded feel of a concrete slab on every level, Luxe Crete delivers a level of performance industry-standard particle board flooring simply can't match. It's stronger. It's quieter. It's heavier. And it's built to outlast the trends, the renovations and the years.

This is what quiet luxury feels like underfoot.

Each Luxe Crete panel arrives on site precision cut to your home's exact dimensions. No on site cutting, no offcuts, no guesswork. Panels are crane placed and locked into a steel sub-frame, creating a continuous, monolithic floor system in a fraction of the time.

The result: a cleaner build site, a faster build schedule, and a floor that delivers the structural confidence of a ground floor concrete slab on every level of your home.

Strength & Structure

  • Triple the strength. With a compressive strength of 70 MPa, Luxe Crete is 180% stronger than industry-standard particle board flooring.
  • A genuinely solid footing. At 45mm thick and 90kg/m², the density alone changes how your home feels.
  • Engineered for Australian conditions. Designed and made here, Luxe Crete is built for our climate, our codes and our way of living.

Acoustic Engineering

  • 40% better airborne sound insulation. A 70dB transmission rating — compared to 55dB for standard flooring — means voices, TVs and footsteps stay where they belong.
  • A softer, premium acoustic environment. With an Rw rating of 35–42, Luxe Crete reduces the echo and resonance that make upper floors feel hollow.
  • Less noise. More peace. It's the difference between hearing a house and feeling at home in one.

Healthier Living

  • Zero crystalline silica. A safer environment for your tradespeople and your family, free from a known respiratory hazard.
  • Doubled fire resistance. 120 minutes of fire resistance versus 30 minutes for standard particle board — twice the time when it matters most.
  • Moisture resistant by design. With a water permeability (k) of 10⁻¹² to 10⁻¹¹, Luxe Crete withstands the elements during construction and performs reliably for the life of your home.

Built for the Future

  • 55kg of recycled material per m². Recycled glass is a major component of the Luxe Crete mix — diverting waste from Australian landfills and reducing demand for virgin raw materials. Across a typical family home, that's tonnes of waste given a second life.
  • Natural temperature regulation. A high thermal mass of 2.6 mJ/m³·K means your home holds temperature naturally — reducing reliance on heating and cooling, and lowering your energy bills.
  • NCC Section J compliant. Engineered to align with Australia's energy-efficiency requirements, supporting the overall thermal performance of your Clarendon home.
