This promotion is available with any Clarendon Luxe specification home and is based on standard floorplans. ^The offer includes 7-star BASIX compliance to standard and unaltered floorplans from the Luxe home designs collection at no extra cost. The addition of Clarendon Homes floor plan options are considered permissible as long as they are unaltered from the standard plans provided by Clarendon Homes.
