How do I download the Home Wish List app?
2-3 days after you accept your tender for your Sapphire home, you will receive an email from “Clarendon Homes Lifestyle Studio”. Simply complete your account registration and then download the app. Use your account details to log into the app and then you're ready to get started!
Please note - the first time you use the app it may take a few minutes for the product images to sync. Please be patient, this will only happen on the first occassion.
Which email address will the invitation to the app go to?
The email to invite you to register for an account with Home Wish List will be sent to the person who is nominated as the main contact. If you wish to set up a second account please contact the Lifestyle Studio Team by email at [email protected]
How does pricing work on Home Wish List?
Product prices in Home Wish List will be stated in one of the following ways:
1. The price to upgrade from a standard product that is already included in the Sapphire specification or promotion inclusions
2. The price of an additional product when it is not included in the Sapphire specification or promotion inclusions
There are also products included where there is no price stated. These are products that are already included in the Sapphire specification or promotion inclusions or products you can change to at no cost.
All pricing provided in Home Wish List is for indicative purposes only and may change without notice. Final prices will be provided as part of the Building Contract and Contract Variations.
Is there anything Clarendon provides with pricing that I can't get through another supplier?

Can I create more than one wish list?
Yes, you can use Home Wish List to create as many lists as you like. You might find it easier to create a seperate list for different areas of your home.

Can we make changes to our wish lists at the Lifestyle Studio appointment?
Yes, absolutely! However it is important to have your selections signed off on the day as to not delay any loan approvals, lodgements or your site start, however we appreiciate that there are some big decisions to be made and in some cases you may need to wait 3-5 business days for a specific quote. Once your final selections have been signed off, any changes will incur an administration fee.
