Our life time structural guarantee is Clarendon’s belief in the quality of the homes we build, and your assurance that you are building with a leader in the industry.
You’ve worked hard to build the home you’ve always wanted, and it’s only natural you’ll want to be confident that it will withstand the test of time. That’s why Clarendon gives you a life time structural guarantee, so you can have peace of mind and relax in your brand new home.
Clarendon’s guarantee covers major structural element defects, attributable to defective design or workmanship. This includes situations where the defect results in the building or part of the building being unsuitable for use, physical damage to the building or the building posing a threat of physical damage or collapse.
The structural elements of your home are those elements which are essential to the building’s stability and structural integrity, namely, the frame, roof trusses, slab, piers and footings.
At Clarendon, we pride ourselves on the quality and workmanship of our homes. In the unlikely event that you become aware of a major structural element defect in your home, please notify us in writing immediately. If your home is subject to a major structural element defect, it will be fixed by Clarendon at our own cost within a reasonable time after receiving your notice.
There are some conditions under which our guarantee becomes void. These include if you have carried out structural alterations or additions to the property, or if you have transferred/sold the property or if the damage has been caused by a lack of reasonable maintenance or action to minimise damage. You should take care to maintain your home over its lifetime, including, major maintenance activities such as replacing roof tiles after their useful life. This will protect the structural integrity of your home and minimise the likelihood of your guarantee becoming void.
The everyday ageing of your home is also not covered by our guarantee. This includes shrinkage and minor settlement cracks and normal wear and tear. Damage caused by an act of nature which exceeds that allowed for by the relevant Australian Standards or good building practice is also not covered.
Price Rewind
The “Price Rewind” promotion (Promotion) is being conducted by Clarendon Homes (QLD) Pty Ltd ABN 37 078 853 022 QBCC 80444 (Clarendon Homes) subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document (Terms and Conditions).
Promotion Period and availability
1. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion commences at 10:00am on Tuesday, 1st September 2026 and continues until such time as the Promotion is terminated, cancelled or suspended by Clarendon Homes in its absolute discretion. (Promotion Period).
2. The Promotion is only available:
- during the Promotion Period;
- in respect of new preliminary agreements entered into, with initial deposits paid:
- between Clarendon Homes and retail consumers;
- from 10:00am Tuesday, 1st September 2026;
- for homes in the Aspire, Value or Luxe collection.
Definitions
3. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
- “Luxe Collection”, in respect of homes, means those homes which are the subject of Clarendon Homes’ “Luxe Collection” or “Luxe range”. More information on the Luxe Collection of homes including drawings may be obtained at a Clarendon Homes display centre or www.clarendon.com.au/qld.
- “Luxe specification”, in respect of homes, means the inclusions specification of those homes which are the subject of Clarendon Homes’ “Luxe Collection” or “Luxe range”. A copy of the full Luxe specification may be obtained at a Clarendon Homes display centre.
- “Aspire Collection”, in respect of homes, means those homes which are the subject of Clarendon Homes’ “Aspire Collection” or “Aspire range”. More information on the Aspire Collection of homes including drawings may be obtained at a Clarendon Homes display centre or www.clarendon.com.au/qld.
- “Aspire specification”, in respect of homes, means the inclusions specification of those homes which are the subject of Clarendon Homes’ “Aspire Collection” or “Aspire range”. A copy of the full Aspire specification may be obtained at a Clarendon Homes display centre.
- “Value Collection”, in respect of homes, means those homes which are the subject of Clarendon Homes’ “Value Collection” or “Value range”. More information on the Value Collection of homes including drawings may be obtained at a Clarendon Homes display centre or www.clarendon.com.au/qld.
- “Value specification”, in respect of homes, means the inclusions specification of those homes which are the subject of Clarendon Homes’ “Value Collection” or “Value range”. A copy of the full Value specification may be obtained at a Clarendon Homes display centre.
- “Inclusions” means each of the inclusions specified in paragraph 11
- “Single Storey Homes”, in respect of a home, means those home designs specified as “Single Storey Homes” in Clarendon Homes’ “Luxe Collection” or “Aspire Collection”, more information of which may be obtained from a Clarendon Homes display centre.
- “Acreage Homes”, in respect of a home, means those home designs specified as “Acreage Homes” in Clarendon Homes’ “Luxe Collection” or “Aspire Collection”, more information of which may be obtained from a Clarendon Homes display centre.
- “Double Storey Homes”, in respect of a home, means those home designs specified as “Double Storey Homes” in Clarendon Homes’ “Luxe Collection” or “Aspire Collection”, more information of which may be obtained from a Clarendon Homes display centre.
Conditions of Promotion
4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarendon Homes reserves the right to vary, suspend, cancel or terminate the Promotion, the operation of the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions in its absolute discretion and without notice.
5. Due to the continuing development of Clarendon Homes’ designs and products, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarendon Homes reserves the right to alter its product specifications and suppliers at any time and without notice.
6. The Promotion is only available in respect of certain Clarendon Homes’ homes and in certain geographic areas. The Promotion is not available:
- in conjunction with any other range, promotion, offer or inclusions specification unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorised representative of Clarendon Homes; or
- in certain geographic areas. Please speak with your Clarendon Homes sales consultant to ensure availability of the Promotion and/or inclusions in respect of the location of your proposed home.
7. The Promotion shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Queensland. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
8. To take advantage of the Promotion, if you are a customer of Clarendon Homes, you:
- must pay an initial deposit to Clarendon Homes during the Promotion Period;
- must enter into a construction contract with Clarendon Homes;
- must, and will be taken to, accept these terms and conditions.
9. Price reductions are available to homes in connection to the Promotion. The value of these price reductions will depend upon whether you select a Luxe, Value or Aspire Collection home, and whether you are building a “Single Storey” or “Double Storey” home. The applicable upgrades are as follows:
In respect of homes in the Luxe Collection:
- From $44,600 and up to $70,000 off the price of Double Storey Homes.
- From $52,200 and up to $70,000 off the price of Acreage Homes.
- From $47,700 and up to $55,100 off the price of Single Storey Homes.
or in respect of homes in the Value Collection:
- From $48,000 and up to $60,000 off the price of Double Storey Homes.
or in respect of homes in the Aspire Collection:
- From $44,400 and up to $54,700 off the price of Double Storey Homes.
- From $48,300 and up to $50,500 off the price of Acreage Homes.
- From $37,900 and up to $55,000 off the price of Single Storey Homes.
10. “Up to $70,000 Off” is on the basis of the maximum discount available in respect of a Luxe Collection home (being for Grande 530 double storey home). Or, "Up to $55,000 Off" is on the basis of the maximum discount available in respect of an Aspire Collection home (being for a Wellington 280 single storey home). Or, “Up to $60,000 Off” is on the basis of the maximum discount available of a Value Collection home (being a Granada 450 double storey home).
11. Whilst all details have been carefully prepared and are believed to be correct, to the extent permitted by law, no warranty or guarantee (either express or implied) is given by Clarendon Homes.
12. Intending purchasers must rely on their own enquiries. Availability is subject to change without notice. Clarendon Homes reserves the right to end or alter this promotion at any time and without notice.
13. This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer from Clarendon Homes unless specified in writing from an authorised Clarendon Homes representative. This promotion/offer cannot be redeemed for cash or credit at contract and is not valid with any other offer.
14. All images and photographs in connection to this promotion have been used for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the final product as shown. Images and photographs may depict fixtures, finishes, features, furniture and landscaping either not supplied by Clarendon Homes or not included in any stated price.

The “Bonus Upgrade – Grove facade included” promotion (Promotion) is being conducted by Clarendon Homes (QLD) Pty Ltd ABN 37 078 853 022 QBCC 80444 (Clarendon Homes) subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document (Terms and Conditions).

Mystery Offer
The “Mystery Offer” promotion (Promotion) is being conducted by Clarendon Homes (QLD) Pty Ltd ABN 37 078 853 022 QBCC 80444 (Clarendon Homes) subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document (Terms and Conditions).
Promotion Period and availability
1. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion opens for registrations at 5:00pm AEST on Tuesday, 20th October 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on Sunday, 25th October 2026. (Promotion Period).
2. The Promotion is only available:
- during the Promotion Period;
- in respect of new initial deposits paid:
- between Clarendon Homes and retail consumers;
- from 10:00am Friday, 16th October 2026;
- for homes in the Aspire, Value or Luxe collection.
Registration and deposit requirements
3. To be eligible, customers must submit all required details through the designated Mystery Offer registration form during the Promotion Period. Details must be accurate and include valid contact information. A general enquiry or existing customer record does not constitute registration for this Promotion.
4. The Registration Date is the date Clarendon Homes receives the completed registration form. Clarendon Homes will confirm the applicable Mystery Offer and deposit deadline in writing using the contact details provided. Registration alone does not secure the offer.
5. Customers must enter into a preliminary building agreement and pay the required initial deposit so that it is received by Clarendon Homes no later than 5:00pm AEST on the date 28 calendar days after the Registration Date (Deposit Deadline). For example, a registration received on 1 November has a Deposit Deadline of 29 November.
6. Customers who register during the Promotion Period retain their full 28 calendar day deposit window, even if the Promotion closes to new registrations before their Deposit Deadline. Submitting the registration form again does not restart or extend the Deposit Deadline.
7. Customers must subsequently enter into a construction contract with Clarendon Homes to receive the confirmed Mystery Offer. The four week deadline applies to the initial deposit payment rather than the construction contract. Any separate contract deadline must be disclosed in the written offer confirmation before the initial deposit is paid.
Mystery Offer
8. The applicable benefit and any design or location restrictions of the Mystery Offer will be disclosed in writing after registration and before the customer pays the initial deposit. Customers should confirm their selected home and proposed building location are eligible before paying their initial deposit.
9. The offer is subject to the customer meeting these Terms and Conditions and any additional conditions disclosed under clause 8. Any price reduction will be shown in the applicable quotation and construction contract. The offer is not redeemable for cash or transferrable to another customer.
Pricing and inclusions
10. The applicable standard inclusions are set out in the relevant Aspire, Value or Luxe Collection inclusions brochure. Standard site costs are based on the builder’s preferred siting. Additional costs may apply for site-specific requirements, including bushfire or acoustic requirements, and for variations or upgrades outside the confirmed offer.
11. Promotional images are for illustration only and may show fixtures, finishes, features, furniture or landscaping that Clarendon Homes does not supply or that are not included in the advertised price.
12. Any changes to specifications, suppliers or included products after the preliminary agreement or construction contract is entered into are subject to that agreement or contract and applicable law. Customers will be advised of changes affecting their confirmed offer.
Personal information and general conditions
13. Clarendon Homes will use the details submitted to administer the Promotion, confirm eligibility, reveal the Mystery Offer and contact the customer about their enquiry. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Clarendon Homes’ Privacy Policy at https://www.clarendon.com.au/qld/privacy and the collection notice provided with the registration form. Any consent to ongoing marketing will be requested separately on that form.
14. Clarendon Homes may change or close the Promotion for future registrations by updating the published Terms and Conditions. Changes will not reduce an offer already confirmed to a registered customer or shorten that customer’s Deposit Deadline, except where required by law or agreed with the customer.
15. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Queensland law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Queensland courts.
