Clarendon Homes’ luxurious double storey Fairmont 40 home design has taken out the hotly contested award for the best ‘Brisbane Display Home $500,000 - $700,000’ category at this year’s 2021 HIA-CSR QLD Housing Awards!
For families that need space to live, entertain and play, the double storey Fairmont 40 is the perfect design. The effortless open plan layout encompasses a dining room and three different living areas centred on the kitchen, a true entertainer’s space, complete with a luxurious butler’s pantry.
