Our Price Your Home tool gives you the ability to explore your dream home design online, personalise it with floorplan options, facade styles, and available promotions, and instantly see the estimated cost—in real time.

Let’s walk through how it works.

Step 1: Find your home

We offer a wide range of home designs across our Aspire and Luxe collections. Whether you're after a single-storey home for a growing family or a double-storey home with space to entertain, you can easily filter options to suit your lifestyle.

For instance, if you're looking for a four-bedroom, double-storey home to suit a 12.5m+ wide block, head to the orange ‘Price Your Home’ button or visit the Home Designs section on our website. Apply the filters that match your preferences and browse through the available designs.

Let’s choose one of our popular designs, the Parkhill 300, with a base price starting from $476,350.

Step 2: Personalise your home with floorplan options

Click “View Design” to explore the full floorplan and available variations. The Parkhill 300 offers six different layout options to help you create a space that fits your needs.

Looking to maximise your entertaining area? Add the Grand Alfresco and Theatre option for $25,200. Need room for guests or in-laws? Swap the study for a downstairs Guest Bedroom for $2,500. In this example, we’ll choose both!

As you make your selections, the interactive floorplan updates in real time to reflect your changes.

Step 3: Choose a facade

Now it’s time to add some street appeal. The Parkhill 300 includes 11 facade options, with the Classic face brick facade included in the base price.

Let’s choose the Eastport facade with face brick - a favourite among Clarendon customers, for $19,800.
