We offer two levels of inclusions for each and every home in our range, Aspire and Luxe. Our Aspire inclusions range is here to help you build your dream home for less. With our carefully curated package, you can save tens of thousands of dollars on your next build without compromising on quality or style.
The heart of the home
The kitchen is the heart of any home and with our Aspire inclusions range, you can create a stunning space without breaking the bank. Depending on your chosen home design, you'll receive a 1000mm or 900mm wide kitchen island benchtop with a 20mm edge stone, including a 280mm breakfast bar overhang, in a choice of ten on-trend colours. You'll also receive a 20mm edge stone to your rear kitchen benchtop in the same on-trend colour as your island bench. Overhead cupboards, including a plasterboard bulkhead to the full length of your cooktop bench, will give you plenty of storage space.
A design-specific butler's pantry with a 600mm deep laminated bench in a choice of colours from our standard range, including woodgrain options, is also included.
Fully tiled splashbacks to the underside of your overhead cupboards and side returns are also included. You can choose from a range of laminate joinery, including kickboard, bench shadowline, and overhead cupboards in dozens of colours, including woodgrain options.
You'll enjoy cooking with high quality Westinghouse appliances; and with a contemporary Oliveri Endeavour 1.75 inset sink and a choice of designer chrome tapware, your modern kitchen will be the envy of all.
Bathrooms and powder rooms
Our Aspire inclusions range also includes stunning ensuites and bathrooms that will make you feel like you're living in a luxurious hotel. Elegantly square set ceilings to your bathrooms, ensuites, and powder rooms will give your home a modern and sophisticated feel.
You'll receive a 20mm laminated square edge benchtop with shadowline, laminated floor mounted vanities with all doors, kickboard, shadowline, a choice of designer handles, and dozens of laminate colours to choose from, including woodgrain options.
Semi-framed shower screens with a pivot door and polished silver frame, Caroma Carboni Seamless inset basins, and frameless polished edge silver mirrors extending the full width of your vanities.
The overall look
Enjoy a stylish interior throughout your home, with 2450mm high ceilings, a choice of Gainsborough chrome lever sets and 90mm Cove cornices throughout and if you have a double storey home, close tread carpet grade stairs and under stair storage.
The exterior of your home is complete with a face brick finish to your home with a large range of brick colours for you to choose from and a tiled roof in modern Elabana profile concrete roof tiles also in a large choice of colours so you can personalise your home to reflect your style! With a beautiful 820mm wide front entry door with your choice of profile, plus designer door furniture to finish off the look, you can create the facade of your dreams with our Aspire inclusions.
