Overview
Clarendon's wide range of split storey designs offer a great solution to building on a sloping lot. Not only are there less earthwoks resulting in less cut and fill and less retaining wall heights (which result in improved landscaping options) but also by splitting the design you add even further architectural merit. Splitting levels adds character and articulation to the design, aesthetics are improved through increased ceiling height to living areas and this also assists with cross ventilation.
