Overview

The Kinross 28 is a new and contemporary single storey design on display at Jordan Springs, near Penrith, NSW.  The Kinross 28 has the master bedroom and study to the front of the home with secondary bedrooms in a separate zone at the rear. The Kinross 28 offers a huge, central kitchen and living area for entertaining and all-important family time.

There are a number of pre planned design options available with the Kinross 28, and the display at Jordan Springs showcases several of these, namely: Fireplace to formal Living room, IT Workstation adjacent to Kitchen, plus a Rumpus and covered Alfresco with corner bi-fold doors.
