You will be amazed at how much space this home has and it can fit on an allotment just 15 metres wide.  This design is on display at Design Central, Parklea, where you will find more than 15 other home designs to view. 

The floorplan of the Sunnydale 38 has a host of design options available, including Rumpus Room and Alfresco options, en-suite design options and even a second floor outdoor alfresco room.

The Sunnydale 38 is a new home design and unique to Clarendon's latest design range.
