Where We Build

Clarendon Homes operates along the Eastern seaboard in the key areas of NSW, Queensland and Victoria.

In NSW the operations cover the greater Sydney* region as well as Newcastle, the Blue Mountains and the Illawarra.

* Please note: Some areas of Sydney are excluded or dependent on site inspection. A Clarendon Sales Consultant will answer any questions you may have. We do not build in Mosman, North Sydney, Inner Sydney or Woollahra.

An inspection is required in the following areas: Ashfield, Botany Bay, Burwood, Hutners Hill, Lane Cove, Leichhardt, Manly, Marrickville, Pittwater, Randwick, South Sydney, Waverley and Willoughby.
