To whom it my concern,
My wife and I have recently completed our biggest investment to date "that is" building our new home.
This was a first of both of us and we had no pervious experience what so ever in dealing with builders.
After reading the product review site on various building company’s which we had to shut down and never look at it again as very builder was sort of bashed on this site which was a little hard to believe. If everyone believed half what was written on the site then no one would ever build a project home.
After viewing lots of homes and setting on a Clarendon built house that we decided on after visiting the display village out at Parklea.
We crossed all figures, toes and took the plunge.
Still being very nervous and unsure what we got our-selves in for or what to expect.
As the build progressed the service we received from our site supervisor (Stuart Campbell ) was everything that we where told to expect plus more.
Stuart was fantastic; he returned all calls 100% of the time.
Kept us fully informed throughout the entire process.
No time through-out the build did we feel that we where annoying Stuart as every question asked no matter how basic or silly it may have come across was treaded with respect.
Stuart’s timing was spot on and his attention to detail with the build did in fact make us both feel that our supervisor not only cared but it was as if it was building his own house.
His attention to detail and level of service was 2nd to none.
We are getting very close to our 90 day warrantee and there are a few things to bring up but believe all are very minor.
Most contact throughout the build was with the site supervisor.
If Stuart Campbell is an example and norm of the quality of supervisors that is currently employed by Clarendon then we have no hesitation in recommending Clarendon homes to anyone.
The comfort level and peace of mind my wife and I both felt made the build extremely pleasurable.
I would like to thank Clarendon for a great Supervisor and fantastic built house.

We took possession of our new home in 27th October 2009, after a remarkably short time of building which has astounded many who have also gone through the process. Although the paper work, during the pre building phase was rather daunting for us, this was compensated by the helpful staff at Clarendon and the ease with which Bankstown Council handled our planning and gave allowances for our awkward block of land.
We had a running commentary from the observations of our neighbours as to how quite, efficient and un-intrusive the tradesmen were while the land was cleared, the slab laid and the brick work commenced. Besides the neighbours, we also noticed how particularly clean and fussy the brickies were at their trade, which ultimately resulted in a splendid job. Please pass on our appreciation and satisfaction to those gentlemen. Each process that followed continued along the same line, which proved to us that we had chosen the right company to build our home. We believe that our experience proves that Clarendon only employs the best of tradespeople. We were completely satisfied by the evidence of attention to detail, superior fittings and the excellent job done by the painters, bathroom and Kitchen tradesmen.
Throughout the process every person on your staff that we dealt with extended to us the utmost courtesy, patience and tolerance, which we appreciated as we are aware that dealing with the public can at times be very frustrating. The little problems that we encountered were dealt with efficiently and without any argument and this gave us great peace of mind.
Our first meeting was with Barry (a rep at Parklea) who gave us an outline of what we would encounter and helped us in developing a plan to suit our block of land. Our visits to the office at Baulkham Hills were always met with the same helpful assistance as we went through each phase of the process. Again, the patience that was extended to us, especially in the interior color selection and accessories was again evident.
The strongest support, of course, was with your client service consultant officers. Our main consultant during this process was Carla Davies. The pleasantness and patience we received from these officers was without question. Carla, especially, made us feel that we were the only people in Sydney having a house built, and when you consider the sea of houses that have been, and are being built, she made us feel as though we were special and valued. Our importance as customers to your company was very much appreciated by is both. Carla is indeed a very special person. Not only was Carla efficient and courteous but anytime we contacted her with a problem she made it seem so easy and they were solved with a minimum of fuss. She is indeed a valued asset to your company.
We would also like to mention Paul, the site manager. Again the same confidence was felt in all our meetings with him. He immediately responded to any enquiries and issues we raised, and all were attended to without any problem.
Perhaps one of the most challenging and daunting decision any person could make is building a new home. We are both in our 60s and believe the choice of which company or builder to undertake such a project with is life changing. We did our homework and are delighted with the fact that we chose your company, Clarendon. Thank you very much for changing our lies and making our dreams come true.

The 10 months in council has left us with a bitter experience of building thus far, but your constant positive outlook, professional help and patience is to be commended and has only helped to make the experience both tolerable and getting back to being a fun and a life changing experience.
Dan and I feel that you Sharon and the staff in estimating etc have been instrumental in getting a result on what has proved to be a trying case. The way that you so quickly jumped to help us and communicated what is going on with us is the reason we wanted to send you & the associated staff this gift.
