What you will need to do in the buying and planning phase

- In the case of knockdown re-build obtain a block plan from your council or if building on developers land from the developer.
- Arrange finance with your chosen institution (if required).
- Make the necessary alterations: to your chosen design (with assistance from your sales consultant), and any impact on your financial plan.
- Pay the initial deposit for a contour survey and a bore hole report.
